Hi, I’m Michelle Swaim and I’m a real estate agent who truly loves what I do. Helping people find the right home - or sell one they’ve outgrown- is more than just a job for me. I’ve always loved working with people, and real estate gives me the perfect opportunity to do just that. Whether I’m showing houses, staging spaces to look their best, or walking clients through the buying or selling process, I bring honesty, knowledge, and a personal touch to every step. Before I got into real estate, I was a labor and delivery nurse. That experience taught me how to stay calm under pressure, advocate for people during life-changing moments, and communicate with care. All of which now help me guide clients through the often-emotional experience of buying or selling a home.

I’m known for being easy to work with, reliable, and responsive—I don’t leave people waiting and I do my best to always keep communication clear and helpful. I want my clients to feel supported, heard, and confident in every decision they make.

Outside of work, I’m a mom and a big believer in creating a life full of joy and balance. I love spending time with my family, gardening, kayaking, antiques and caring for our animals, which include cats, dogs & chickens. Home means a lot to me, and I know it means a lot to you too.
